Terms & Conditions – RNest360 Health Private Limited

Welcome to RNest360 Health Private Limited (“RNest360,” “RNest,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website (www.rnest.care), mobile application, or in-home healthcare services (collectively, the “Services”), you (“you,” “user,” “patient,” or “client”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Please read them carefully before using our Services. If you do not agree, you should not use our Services.

1. Scope of Services

  • RNest360 provides in-home healthcare, nursing, preventive care, teleconsultations, diagnostic testing, medication support, and related medical services through certified professionals.

  • Services are provided to elderly parents or dependents in India, primarily for Non-Resident Indian (NRI) families.

  • RNest360 is not a hospital and does not replace emergency medical facilities.

2. Eligibility

  • Users must be 18 years or older to register and purchase services.

  • If registering on behalf of a parent or dependent, you confirm that you are authorized to share their medical and personal information.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about the patient, including medical history, medications, and emergency contacts.

  • Ensure that the home environment is safe and suitable for in-home care delivery.

  • Use the RNest mobile app responsibly for health updates, appointment management, and emergency alerts.

  • Cooperate with care providers and follow medical advice.

4. Care Packages & Payment

  • RNest360 offers Essential, Plus, and Elite Care Packages, each with defined services.

  • Packages cannot be fully customized, but RNest360 will adjust and tweak plans to suit each patient’s unique needs.

  • Payment must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) via approved methods (credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, or digital wallets).

  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or under RNest360’s refund policy.

5. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments can be booked, rescheduled, or canceled through the RNest app, website, customer support, or directly with your Care Manager.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance where possible.

6. Emergency Services

  • RNest360 provides 24/7 emergency helpline support.

  • Response includes phone support, ambulance coordination, and nurse dispatch (for eligible packages).

  • RNest360 is not liable for delays caused by third-party providers such as ambulances or hospitals.

7. Medical Disclaimer

  • RNest360’s Services are delivered by certified and licensed professionals, but:

    • We do not guarantee specific medical outcomes.

    • Services are supportive and preventive, not a substitute for hospital-based critical care.

  • In case of life-threatening conditions, users must immediately contact a hospital or emergency medical facility.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • RNest360 values your privacy. All data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • You consent to the collection, use, and sharing of medical and personal data necessary for providing care.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • RNest360 will not be liable for:

    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

    • Delays or failures caused by third-party providers or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for Services in the preceding 3 months.

10. Termination of Services

  • RNest360 may suspend or terminate Services if:

    • The user violates these Terms.

    • Payment is not made on time.

    • Unsafe conditions at the patient’s home put caregivers at risk.

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our Services after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
