RNest360 Health Private Limited – Patient-Doctor Consultation Terms and Conditions

Welcome to RNest360 Health Private Limited (“RNest360,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms govern your use of our website (www.rnest.care), mobile application, and associated patient-doctor consultation services (“Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

1. Definitions

  • Personal Information: Any information that identifies an individual, including health records, contact details, financial information, and other sensitive data.

     

  • User: Any person accessing or using the Platform to avail healthcare services.

     

  • Doctor Partner: Qualified and licensed medical practitioners enrolled with RNest360 to provide online consultations and related services.

     

2. Consent & Limitations of Teleconsultation

By using the Platform, you consent to:

  • The collection and use of your Personal Information under our Privacy Policy.

     

  • Receiving medical consultation through telemedicine, which has limitations compared to in-person examinations.

     

  • Understanding that teleconsultation is not a substitute for emergency medical care. In urgent or life-threatening cases, you must immediately contact local emergency services.

     

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration and consultations.

     

  • Disclose relevant medical history, current medications, and conditions.

     

  • Use the Platform responsibly and not provide false or misleading information.

     

  • Ensure they are authorized to share data of dependents (e.g., parents, minors).

     

4. Doctor Partner Responsibilities

Doctor Partners must:

  • Comply with all applicable laws including the Indian Medical Council Act, Consumer Protection Act, and Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020.

     

  • Provide professional, ethical, and timely consultations.

     

  • Maintain confidentiality and issue valid e-prescriptions in compliance with regulations.

     

  • Refer patients for physical examinations or specialist care where required.

     

5. Care Relationship

  • A consultation via the Platform establishes a doctor-patient relationship, limited to the scope of telemedicine.

     

  • Users acknowledge that follow-up consultations, physical examinations, or referrals may be necessary for complete care.

     

6. Appointments, Payments & Refunds

  • Appointments may be booked via the Platform, Care Manager, or support team.

     

  • Payment must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) via approved methods (credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, or wallets).

     

  • Refunds & Cancellations:

     

    • If a Doctor Partner cancels, the consultation fee will be refunded or rescheduled.

       

    • If a User cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, RNest360 may retain the fee.

       

    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

       

7. Availability of Services

  • Doctor Partners are expected to maintain scheduled consultation times.

     

  • Users acknowledge that technical issues or delays may occasionally affect availability.

     

  • Repeated failure by Doctor Partners to honor schedules may lead to suspension.

     

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • RNest360 implements robust security measures including encryption and access controls.

     

  • All data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

     

  • Users may access, correct, or request deletion of their data by contacting privacy@rnest.care.

     

9. Intellectual Property & Platform Use

  • All content, design, and technology of the Platform are the intellectual property of RNest360.

     

  • Users agree not to copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Platform in any way.

     

10. Liability & Indemnification

  • RNest360 acts solely as a facilitator and is not responsible for the medical advice provided by Doctor Partners.

     

  • Users acknowledge that outcomes may vary and RNest360 makes no guarantees.

     

  • Users and Doctor Partners agree to indemnify RNest360 against claims arising from misuse, negligence, or misconduct.

     

11. Termination of Services

RNest360 may suspend or terminate access if:

  • Users violate these Terms.

     

  • Payments are not made.

     

  • Misuse, fraud, or unsafe conditions are identified.

     

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

     

  • Jurisdiction shall be with the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

     

  • Disputes unresolved within 30 days will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator appointed by RNest360.

     

13. Grievance Redressal

As required by Indian IT Rules, RNest360 has appointed a Grievance & Privacy Officer:
