  • Plus/Comprehensive Care: Alternating monthly nurse/doctor visits, on-demand teleconsultations, advanced lab tests, annual diagnostic package, medication assistance, quarterly family reports, 24/7 emergency response.
  • Elite/Premium Assisted Care: Monthly doctor + nurse visits, dedicated Care Manager, specialist appointments, physiotherapy & mental wellness support, comprehensive diagnostics (MRI/CT, cancer screening), priority emergency response, medication delivery, and home lab tests.

No, care packages cannot be fully customized. However, we will tweak and adjust each plan to fit your parents’ unique medical needs, preferences, and lifestyle so they receive personalized attention within the package framework.

Payments & Billing

Credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets. Payments must be made in INR.

Getting Started

 

 Starting with basic information about the patient is good enough to get started. Details such as medical history, current medications, emergency contacts, and communication preferences can be provided gradually, and our team will build a complete care profile as services begin.
