RNest provides home healthcare coordination services, including nursing visits, doctor consultations, emergency response and care management, delivered through our website, mobile app and partner network of clinicians.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must provide accurate information when signing up. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Use of services

• RNest coordinates care but is not a substitute for emergency medical services — in a life-threatening emergency, call your local emergency number first
• Service availability depends on your location and the availability of partner clinicians
• You agree to provide accurate health information so our care team can serve you safely

4. Plans & payments

Pricing for paid plans is shown on our Services & Pricing page. Promotional offers (such as a free Basic Care plan) are subject to change and may be limited by location or time period. Payments for paid plans are processed securely through our payment partners.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your plan at any time from your account or by contacting our support team. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

6. Limitation of liability

RNest works with qualified, verified clinicians, but outcomes of medical care cannot be guaranteed. RNest's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of RNest after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
